The New Tropoli High Council is a government that rules the better part of Planet New Tropoli. The NTHC controls the Southeastern quadrant of New Tropoli. The most industrial and urbanized nation in the Mopac System, the NTHC produces more energy than any other country and hoards it from their neighbors to the north, the Northwest Piracy. This has been the case for many years and the reason for a seemingly never-ending war between the two sides of the planet. Led by Prime Minister Ramone Cassinni, the NTHC’s main intentions are to secure and preserve their military and economic dominance over all planets and nations of the Mopac System.
