This small but ever-growing moon is most simply described as New Tropoli’s landfill. The green glow of the moon is due to a combination of toxic waste and frequent nuclear weapons testing regularly performed on the moon’s surface. Other than the occasional visit from the New Tropoli Army to test weapons, the moon is home to only one known living person, Bromalis. It is his duty to monitor the balance of the moon and it’s chemical properties in order to ensure the safety of New Tropoli and guarantee optimum efficiency of its Trashmoon.
