By far the largest and most urbanized of all planets in the I-35 Galaxy, New Tropoli boast a population numbering in the hundreds of trillions. The planet is comprised of two main governments: The New Tropoli High Council and the Northwest Piracy. The two nations have been at civil war for as long as history has been recorded. The primary focus of the war is the monopolization of energy resources by the New Tropoli High Council. While, their economy flourishes, the Northwest Piracy struggles to survive in a devolving hostile society.
