Vladimir Diego is one of the most influential politicians and war leaders for the Northwest Piracy and responsible for much of the unification of the Northwest Piracy. With the planet engulfed in civil war, he educated many of his countrymen on the efforts of New Tropoli to completely ignore the corruption and chaos of their neighbors to the North. It was his theory that New Tropoli, by hoarding all the available energy on the planet, was deliberately creating a lifestyle of panic and distrust amongst the people of the Northwest Piracy (NWP). Diego’s idea was to unify the NWP, to work together against New Tropoli’s advances in order to boost productivity and overall camaraderie. He is currently organizing the largest attack on New Tropoli in the last several centuries.
