As president and CEO of The Merchants for Hire Agency (MHA), Flightpath is revered as one of the most powerful civilians in the Mopac System.  He’s one of the few pirates to ever gain trust and duty within a government, that was until The Great Conspiracy of Khan.  After learning that someone within the New Tropoli Army had been going above his mission orders, Flightpath began questioning the motives of New Tropoli's Prime Minister, Ramone Cassinni.  In an early effort to make peace between New Tropoli and The Northwest Piracy, Flightpath organized all available agents from the MHA to discuss a plan that would unite the two halves of the planet.  Cassinni, tipped off by a mysterious Mr. Khan, charged Flightpath with treason and intent to conspire.  He was sentenced to life without parole to be carried out in the desolate Prison Mines of Esclavo.  According to all public records, he remains imprisoned there to this day.
