Brentwood Jackson, originally from the Northwest Piracy, now lives on and manages the Black Thundercloud, a large satellite space station formerly controlled by the New Tropoli Army. From the Black Thundercloud, Jackson works directly with Vladimir Diego in the surveillance of New Tropoli and trafficking of weapons and supplies to and from the Northwest Piracy.
